Are you a woman seeking self-discovery? Are you searching for ways to build hope, belonging and connection? Introducing CMHA Recovery College Camrose’s Monthly Women’s Self-Discovery Circle! Join us as we gather together in a safe and supportive environment to explore various topics and practices aimed at enriching one’s sense of inner balance and well-being.
